first and foremost is to listen both of thier arguments because most of the conflict is due to not understanding one's own point of view. so as a neutral person i should hear their views first that makes their anxiety less and then it becomes easier to solve their problem. if Their argunents are experienced by most of the people life then go with facts solving procedure if the problem is both the side of the same coin then go with your ideology by making neutral decition by not affecting both of them
