In your house if one bulb is fused the rest of the bulbs continue to light. why

Because they are connected in parallel combination.

Because in our houses the ring system of wiring is formed in which all the appliances are connected in parallel so each one gets equal voltage and if one fuse gets blowed off or a bulb fused then also it doesn't affects the others. ❤
