Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that dirty water is flowing from various pipelines in our neighborhood so as we know that various germs are spreading due to such dirty water. Diseases like typhoid and dengue is seen in such cases.

So before any major incident takes place we need to take actions related to it. Bleaching powder can be used to kill germs or a separate channel should be made for passing such dirty water.I would be highly obliged if immediately actions are taken.
