In your locality the road lights had not been flouting for the past few weeks and also the manholes are not covered, causing a lot of inconvenience and posing danger to light. Write a letter to teh Health Department of Corporation of Chennai, requesting them to attend it.

Sir,
I wish to bring your kind notice that the residents of Duplex Society are facing extreme hardships from the past eight weeks as the street lights arw not functioning at all. The whole colony is engulfed in darkness. And there is a great risk to the security of the people.
Above all, taking benefit of the darkness, some notorious people have stolen all the manhole covers in the area posing danger to the safety of people, for an instance, people walking in the dark and children playing on the ground may be victimised.
Many complaints have been made to the Municipal Corporation. But no effect till date. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
