Respected chairman of the committee,

I, Sarmilie Biswas of your locality want to request to look after the stray dogs who are being badly treated by our locality children. I have been observing this since one week while returning from office. Children are throwing stones, pouring hot water on the stray dogs, I have seen some them  paddling their cycle over the feet of the dog and they screaming very badly. I have warned the children many a times but they are not listening to the matter. I would request you to take some major action against them. I hope you will cooperate with me.
