no...because lko...is in the interior part of the country and arabian sea brings monsoon in the coastal area...but it effects the monsoon of india because it is the main cause to bring monsoon winds in India...(hope it will help you friend!)

The Arabian Sea is 1,235 km away from my city Pune. Hence the climate is not too hot in summer , very cold during winter and we get plenty of rains in monsoon.
