Of course , dignity of a person is well ensured buy the democratic government . They look after each and ever fundamental rights of a citizen before emphasizing with a new law whether there is any violation in it . The citizen has the liberty to fight for his right against the government and request also. So there is always a check or a glimpse in the basic rights of a person by the democratic government before any instructions given ...!!!;);:)
