In my opinion, man is unhappy only because of this thoughts. His/her negative thinking makes him unhappy. Some common situtations include when the human being fail to achieve his/her desire/goal. People gets disatisfied when the situations occur unexpectedaly.

If a man wants to become happy, he need to achieve contentment state. He need to be contented in whatever god has given to him. He also need to control his desires and keep on living the life by thanking God.

Majority of the population in this world are unhappy. Unhappiness is caused due to several reason because we have developed so much complexities around us in order to survive, be the best, and lead a good life. But, we while desiring to achieve those we lost ourselves in this society.

Some of the reasons that makes humans unhappy

1. Not meeting the expectations that we have set for ourselves and others.
2. No enough money i.e financial and economic problems.
3. Peer pressure comes into picture when your in crowd and doing same things as others do but not able to achieve what they achieve.
4. Not having a good shelter, food, and reputation in society makes us unhappy.
5. We feel sad when we are not able to buy things that we wish to have.
6. Not having a good job, good salary also makes us unhappy.

We always search or wait for happiness to come to us instead of just making ourselves happy. And this is the major reason that most of the people are unhappy. So, don't just wait for happiness, create it your own.
