When is it justified for a company to fire its employee:
Explanation-
- The following is justified and hence legally allowed by the government. One can do so with proper reasoning and should provide a detailed analysis as to why they are taking such a step.
- Before firing an employee I feel there must be warnings given in general circumstances as to how they can avoid being fired. If they aren't fulfilling their role they must be answerable for this.
- But a company should not fire people after hiring them just for the sake of gaining profit by the employer even though it might be legal.
- India's labor laws cite the following reasons that justify termination for cause—willful insubordination or disobedience; theft, fraud, or dishonesty; willful damage to or loss of employer's goods; partaking of bribes or any illegal gratification; absence without leave for more than 10 days; habitual late attendance
