In your own way explain what is acid rain?

Acid rain is a rain that is unusually acidic due to the presence of acids such as sulphuric acid  (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3) .

Acid Rain :-

  • The phenomenon where oxides of Sulphur and nitrogen in the atmosphere combine with water vapour and form sulphuric acid and nitric acid and falls on earth as the rain is know as Acid Rain.
