History is divided into three divisions according to their period. The three divisions are Ancient History, Medeival History and Modern History. Before the Ancient History we will have the prehistoric culture which is also divided as stone age, bronze age and iron age. In stone age the divisions are : Paleolithic, Mesolithic and Neolithic.

Paleolithic Culture : The word Paleo means old or ancient and lithic means stone. In Paleolithic age human was a nomad. He used to live in here and there and used to change his home frequently. He was unaware about the dressing style, cooked food , agriculture etc. The main occupation in this age was hunting and gathering. This period flourished between 500000 BC - 10000 BC. The main tools used in this period were made up of stone
