In our region ,there are two labourers.Namely Shyam and Sita ,who are husband and wife working as constructing labour, due to drought, they had to paid wages by the owner for whom they work. wages can be cash or in kind of e.g. crop sometimes labourers get meal also. wages are widely from region to region from crop to crop from one farm activity to another( like sowing and harvesting).There is also a wide variation in the duration of employment. a farm level might be employed on daily basis or 4 one particular farm activities like hard wasting or for whole year.
