In my locality there are two labourers, Ram Kumar and Savitri. They both are casual construction labourers. They get approximately 60-70 rupees per month which they are paid in cash. They do not get work regularly because there we're a large number of people seeking employment. That's why they get ready to work for low wages. Because they don't get work very often they are in debt.
