Solution:

Couriering a parcel Cost  = 3.25 Zeds per kg

Fix charges  for pickup =   5 zeds

Let  say Weight of Parcel couriered  = W kg

Then Charges =  Weight * Cost per kg  + Fixed Charges

=> Total Charges =  3.25W  + 5  Zeds

Total Charges = 57 Zeds

=>   3.25W  + 5  = 57

=> 3.25 W = 52

=> W  = 16

Weight of Her Parcel = 16 kg
