Hope you know that all the triangles can be inscribed in corresponding circles i.e. any given triangle can be inscribed in exactly one circle. You might have constructed circum-circles, inner-circles for a given triangle, in your geometry lessons.
Of which, a right angled triangle, such as the one you have mentioned in your question, has a special property. The hypotenuse of a right angled triangle is the diameter of the circum-circle. So, answer for your question would not be a unique B, instead it is the locus of the circle that encircles your triangle, ∆ ABC, where B can lie anywhere on the circumference.
I think you can compute the locus of the point B. Our friends have worked out and shared images of hand-written notes for you. If you want a LaTeX note, I give it here.
