Inability of a person to recognize blue or yellow color is known as Colour blindness.

EXPLANATION :

When a person suffers from "Colour blindness" which is a disease, he cannot identify the colour or distinguish between the colours. It is a genetic disease in which a person may inherit a 'trait'  which reduces the ability to see yellow and blue colour. This type of deficiency usually affects both the genders (women and men).
