'Income and employment will increase if the farmers are provided irrigation and marketing facility'. Justify the statement.

(i) Irrigation facilities can help a farmer to take a second crop, say wheat, during a rabi season which will help provide employment to more persons and lead to increase in income.
(ii) Marketing facilities will help the farmers to get good price for their produce and also provide employment in related activities like transport and warehousing etc.
