Increase in the concentration of reactant leads to the change in collision frequency.

Mostly, if the concentration of one or more reactants is increased, the rate of reaction increases. This happens because a higher concentration of a reactant leads to more collisions of that reactant within a particular time period.

The answer of you question is option C ( change in collision frequency).

This is because when you increase concentration the reactant in a chemical reaction this means we are increasing the amount on reactant which result in more collision of between the molecules of the reactant , higher collision result in change in collision frequency.
Actually the collision frequency is  the  number of collision between  the molecules of reactant per moles in certain period of times.
