If a person is graduate still not employed these will create negativity among the citizens of the particular country.

Also, if liables will be more than assets, it not only create pressure on assets but also affect economy of the country.

As being aware that in a country like India where the citizens are migrating a lot will affect the economy as we will lack those graduates.
