Increased national wealth did not result in equitable distribution of its benefits. It has created only some “enclaves of modernity and prosperity for a small minority at the cost of the majority.” Justify.

Many developing countries like India have schemes in place where minorities have first claim on resources so they can reap the benefits of development.

These schemes are government incentivized by taxpayer’s money or subsidized in countries like India.

Other quotas whether it is related to academic or otherwise also give preference to minorities over majorities.

The cost of development of minorities is bore by the majorities but it is not justified when it has been misused.

A worthy student of a majority class losing to an average student of minority is not justified neither is a hardworking man’s income going into the pockets of a minority who refuses to work.
