As boron is smaller in size so, electrons will be more closer towards it. As a result, there will occur electronic repulsion between the electrons due to which the surrounding atoms will move away from it.

Therefore, there will be increase in bond angle.

Thus, we can conclude that increasing order to bond angle is as follows.

                  GaCl_{3} < AlCl_{3} < BCl_{3}
