put the value in that equation
(4^2-b^2)/(4-b)^2=4
(16-b^2)/16-8b+b^2=4
16-b^2=64-32b+4b^2
5b^2=48-32b
so this is quadratic so I am going to solve this OK by formula method I'll do it.
5b^2+32b-48=0
= -32+-√1024-960/10
= -32+-√64/10
= -32+-8/10
b = -32+8/10 or b = -32-8/10
b = 24/10 or. b = -40/10
b = 2.4 or. b = -4
(4^2-b^2)/(4-b)^2=4
(16-b^2)/16-8b+b^2=4
16-b^2=64-32b+4b^2
5b^2=48-32b
