The Answer is C) During Bi-Polar World.

Bi-polar world refers of the Post-war period (1945-1953) or the period of Cold war

NAM is a movement started by the newly independent states who wanted to save their sovereignity, not aligning to any of the two power blocs and at the same times actively participating in  the  world affairs.
