Indian Judiciary is an incorporated and unified system. The Indian Judiciary is sorted out in a progressive frame. At the base, there are various Nyaya Panchayats and at the peak, there is the Supreme Court.

India has a single unified and integrated judicial system for the entire nation. It has the ability to oversee and control the working of the whole judicial system in India. It guarantees equity to all.

Supreme Court has most noteworthy judicial expert took after by the high court in the states and afterward the subordinate courts in each region. The lowest court in the judicial system is a code of officer which is controlled and directed by the high courts.

India has a unified judiciary means that there is a hierarchy of courts. The Supreme Court is at the highest level. The High Courts function at the State level. There are subordinate courts at the district and lower levels.

If a case is not decided by a lower court it is considered by the courts at the district level. If a decision cannot be arrived at that level it goes to the High Court and ultimately to the Supreme Court.
