Rules for changing voice (Active to passive or vice versa):

• Use the preposition “by”, wherever necessary.

• The subject becomes the object in the sentence whereas the object becomes the subject.

• If the subject is not present then it is allowed to ommit the subject in passive voice unless the sentence does not have a meaning.

• The verb of the sentence is always used in it’s third form or past participle.

• Use auxiliary verbs such as may, might, must, shall, etc wherever required.

→ The English hanging of Bhagat Singh has not been forgotten by India.
