REASONS :- 1)The fedral structure to Republic of India is given by our constitution.
2) Powers are equally divided between three organs of democracy i.e. Legislative, Administrative, Executive.
3) Proper distribution of powers among the Federal government, state government, local authorities.

- A country is said to be a Federal country which has a system of government in which beings such as states or provinces share power with a national government.
- In Indian Constitution, Federalism is the basis of the fundamental structure which cannot be amended or demolished through constitutional amendments under the constitutional powers of the Parliament without undergoing judicial inquiry by the Supreme Court.
