meanings-
sovereign- means that the government of the country is (elected by the citizens) posseses supreme political power and has the right to govern itself.

democratic- citizens have the supreme power as they have the right to chose their representatives and the government , without any pressure.

republic- there is no system of monarchy in the country ,everytime the government is elected for a limited period of time and then people on their choice can chose the government.

secular- there is an equality in the country on the basis of religion.every religion gets equal respect . (provisions on this account are in the constitution and also right to freedom of religion is granted to people)
