One of the ways to solve the problem of water scarcity in India is by conserving, harvesting and saving rain water.
Apart from that, awareness about the significance of water and ways to control its use must be spread amongst the masses.
All the collected rain water must be allowed to flow into the nearby rivers and oceans.
There should also be dams and barrages across the drains to save and conserve water.
