India is not ready for " Make In India" Need points on it

The main reason is that india lacks in technical skills . Our education system has produced many youngsters with matriculation and graduation but we lag in technical skills . Those with technical skills donot want to work here in India because they are hopeless of getting jobs and thus, move to foreign countries where they think that employment opportunities are more . India has very less man power in secondary sector i.e., manufacturing. So india is not ready for 'Make In India ' due to lack of technical skills and less manpower
