"India is rich in certain type of resources but deficient in some other resources".Do u agree with the statement. Y or Y not?

India is rich in natural resources and Indians  are also known for their high potentiality and intelligence. lndians are falling back due to their corrupt ,superstitious nature.also to mention it is a male chauvinistic country where women are always looked down .Indians are also unable to adopt to new changes in economic,social ,political as well as business changes.In all this way they are unable to fully utilize their natural as well as human resources.

yes, I agree because I some states like Maharashtra, chattisgarh, Jharkhand,etc., are consisted of rich varieties of resources needed for our country but it lacks in technology whereas in places where the technology is present and technical know how is present lacks in resources. So this lead to unequal distribution of resources in our country.
