India is the largest democratic country in the world. Democracy is the main pillar of our total political ecosystem. According to the question; "Leaders keep changing in a democracy. This leads to instability." This statement is completely justified. Because every year political leaders has their own vision of country development. By changing the government in every 5 years the ultimate visionary of country development also changes accordingly. That's why the development becomes very unstable.
