The culture of India mentions cooperatively to the thousands of separate and sole cultures of all religions and public present in India. India's dance, religions, languages, music, food, and customs differ from place to place inside the country. It is often labeled as a unification of several cultures across the Indian subcontinent and has been inclined by a history that is several periods old. There are many rudiments of India's diverse cultures, such as Indian faiths, attitude, cooking, tongues, martial arts, party, music, and movies have a thoughtful impact across the world.

Indian main religions are Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism all of which are founded on the idea of dharma and karma. Ahimsa, philosophy of passivity, is an important feature of native Indian beliefs whose most well-known supporter was ‘Mahatma Gandhi’ who through civil rebellion brought India together against the British Raj. Foreign-origin religion, including Abraham religions, such as Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, are also existing in India.

India has 29 states with changing culture and peoples and one of the most populated countries in the world.  All through the history of India, Indian culture has been deeply inclined by Dharma religions. They have been attributed with influencing much of Indian philosophy, literature, architecture, art, and music. Greater India was the historical level of Indian culture further than the Indian subcontinent. This mainly concerns the extent of Hinduism, Buddhism, architecture, administration, and writing system from India to other parts of Asia. To the west, The Greater India overlays with Greater Persia over the centuries, there has been a significant mixture of cultures among Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jains, Sikhs and various ancestral populations in India.

India has been known in the entire world for its philosophy of Vedanta, spiritual values, and culture. The world looks upon India for spiritual guidance. Vivekananda formally made the people of the world aware of its rich spiritual heritage at Parliament of Religion in 1893. Paramhansa Yogananda carried this legacy forward by setting up Self-Realization Fellowship International Headquarters in California.  

India has established thousands of meditation centers in foreign countries where spiritual training is given to the seekers of Higher-self. Masters like Sri Sri Ravishanker, Sadguru, and Sri M have been imparting esoteric spiritual knowledge to thousands of people in the world.  

A large number of foreigners attend spiritual enrichment sessions with spiritual masters at Rishikesh, Badrinath, and at various other places in the country. Thus spirituality in India has connected the people of the world with a divine bond.  

Similarly, Indian culture is admired all across the globe. Its way of living, vegetarianism, non-violence, joint family system, respect for all forms of life created by God, etc. are being imbibed by people living in other countries.
