Military expenditure is important
Basic needs of a person is food,clothing and shelter.Among these three,defending ourselves is very important to be safe in our shelter.
In our primitive days,we used to defend ourselves from wild animals.Education was not prevalent during those times.So,how are we going to study with a constant threat of insecurity in our hearts of being ceased of our Independence?So,military spending should not be cut off.
Yes it is a must because
Military spending should not be cut Indians are known for their intellectual power.We have managed to keep our educational standards par with the developed world.Still more spending is necessary in this field,but it should not be by cutting down the defence budget.As our nearest neighbours and rivals,China and Pakistan keep on increasing their defence spending, it will always remain a threat to our national security.
Education is the door to a better America
Education is the most important weapon in a person's arsenal in today's world. It allows us to communicate with other countries, to make wise decisions (which our country really needs), and to negotiate better. Education solves problems by using our heads, not fists. Fists might get you somewhere, but not far. Whatever you have in your brain is a lot more important. America needs to be great again. We should spend more money on teaching children and teens something useful, instead of designing new weapons. With education, we won't need weapon
We need more skilled workers to compete globally - besides the economy booms too
Our top industry now is the service industry. We need to bring back the manufacturing jobs, but to do that, the skill level of our workforce needs a boost. We get that from investing in education. China has a larger skilled workforce than we do. Besides, when you invest heavily in education, there's always an economic boom that follows.

I firmly believe that India should spend it's budget in education.
Briefly Without education how can defence system developed. And from where can a
Navy officer could know to use submarine or battle ship , or how can Air Force officer know to fly air craft.
Lastly without education defence system is no where.
