Even after 71 years of Independence, the scenario of our country is not good. We are having a problem due to overpopulation. The birth rate is still higher than the death rate. Some major problems of high populations are described here.

Explanation:

Generating employment in a country like India is very difficult. Maximum people are illiterate. The number of jobless persons is increased due to economic depression. The production costs also increased due to overpopulation. In the village area maximum people are putting pressure on the parents to produce male child, maximum people are getting married at a very young age in the village area.  

The Govt of India should initiate a bold decision on overpopulation so that the economic growth can grow up easily. Increasing the status of women, increasing the awareness of using contraceptives and also give sex education. In this way, India can control this over population.
