Indian Constitution clearly states that there is a big difference
between an arrested person under custody and a convict.
i) Based on the above statement state the Fundamental Rights vested with an arrested person under Article 22 of the Constitution and Criminal Law.
ii) Connect Article 22 with Article 21 of the Constitution guarantying the “Right to Life”
