Indian constitution is a living document because it is flexible and adapt itself to the need of the common people.

Since independence, many social values and norms in our country have been changed. As a result, sometimes laws framed earlier may be outdated or even replace them with suitable laws in tune with changing times.

for example-: Hindu succession amendment act(2005) provide equal right to daughters in their father property.
