No. The framers of the Indian Constitution took a keen interest and made necessary modifications in the features borrowed from different Constitutions for their suitability to the Indian conditions also taking care in avoiding the faults in those borrowings.
For example :- The American Constitution provides for DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW though we borrowed a lot from the American Constitution we didn't adopt this rather we adopted PROCEDURE ESTABLISHED BY THE LAW and balancing this judicial supremacy with a nature of Parliamentary sovereignty (British principle) in India. Thus , Supreme Court on the one hand can declare any law unconstitutional through it's judicial supremacy on the other hand the Parliament can amend the law through it's constituent power
