our constitution is both rigid and flexible. .our constitution is rigid by nature because some of the basic ideas included in our constitution ie... features like fundamental rights ,secularism etc.. cannot be changed at all... whereas some parts of our constitution can be changed by following a simple procedure and hence it is flexible
