Indian culture does not allows us to touch any person by feet

Well, if your mama is younger than you, you should not touch his feet.

Otherwise, there is no restriction against touching your mamas feet. However, it is your discretion to take blessings of anybody. You should not, if that person is not worthy. The hindu culture gives that freedom.

By the way, touching elders feet is distinctly hindu/budhdhist/jain/sikh culture. Imported cultures don't follow this custom.
