Indian Economic reforms have failed on the front of social security. Do you agree if so why?

I agree because even having a well and good economic status we don't have a proper security or privacy.we all ate are not safe due to even out launched satellites can be hacked

i do agree with your statement that economic reforms have failed on the front of our society. But to understand this let us look that what are economic reforms . these are the reforms which are being launched even till now for the upliftment of suppressed classes (OBC,SC &ST).

NOW LET US HAVE A LOOK THAT WHY THEY FAILED:

(a). because of no political stability, new political parties get elected and hence they want to launch their reforms for the upliftment of lower classes and don't want that the reforms launched by previous party in rule should flourish and should not more popularity.

(b). instead of launching so many of reforms they should try to promote the reforms which are already being launched.

(c). there is very less time given to get the previous reforms to be known by the people hence the people don't even know about the ealier reforms and new reforms are launched.
