(i). The Supreme Court is the apex court. The Supreme Court of India has all the power because it is the primary of all the courts. It has all the judicial control and is the last place of justice.

(ii). All levels of courts have equal status. The decisions made by the higher courts have to be followed by all the lower courts. It is the integrated judiciary, which means that any decision made by the supreme court abides by all the lower courts.

(iii). The decision taken by the High court is final. The Supreme Court of India has the power to make the final decision. The High courts take a decision but if the decision doesn't abide then the Supreme Court makes the final decision.

(iv). The verdict made by the Supreme Court binds all other courts. The supreme court is the apex court that has the decision-making power and all the lower courts have to abide by it.
