1. firstly we would stop those people who are throwing garbages in the rivers .
2. I would make a group of people who are willing to clean the river.
3. we should make some kind of banners that would say " stop rubbish "
4. and if still they don't listen the police should impose fin money for it .
5. some strict rules should be made by the government.
