in the image enclosed ethylene , ch2 = ch2.  you have 1 sigma and 1 pi.
in ch2=c=ch2, you have one more double bond that is 1 sigma and 1 pi.
so you have 2 sigma and 2 pi bonds :  1 sigma and 1 pi between each pair of Carbons.
