The 2 decarboxylation steps in Krebs cycle are

1) Conversion of d- isocitrate to alpha ketoglutarate with help of enzyme isocitrate dehydrogenase.

2) Conversion of alpha ketoglutarate to succinyl CoA with help of enzyme alpha ketoglutarate dehydrogenase
