Direct and indirect

Suppose a sentence is given to you

i.e Smita said, "I will go with him".

then the indirect speech will be

Smita said that she will go with him

when we are talking about with a person then we have to explain the another person then we can't use the word as like a speaker, we use to say or explain the word indirectly by using some conjunctions.

We should must have to care about tense while converting direct to indirect a speech.

No one can tell you that...

If a sentence is given to you in present tense then while converting it indirect speech convert it in past tense

i.e..

present tens -- past tense

past tense -- past perfect tense

present continuous -- past continous

present perfect -- past perfect

present perfect continuous -- past perfect continuous

past perfect -- past perfect

past perfect continuous -- past perfect continuous

Hope it will to much helpful to you
