Individual greed and selfishness has been the basis of the modern society. Some people think that we must return to the older and more traditional values of respect for the family and the local community in order to create a better world to live in. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

HELLO AND HERE'S MY PERSONAL OPINION FOR THIS QUESTION:-
In today's fast growing generation many things had been developed and people are getting more skilled and knowledgeable. But in spite of getting more educated and skilled some people are still there whose mind are really narrow and filled with jealous, greed and selfishness. Therefore, I do agree that greedy and selfishness are the part of this modern generation as most of the people are seemed to be very greedy and selfish.
On the other hand, the old generation though it was not the modern age and things were not much developed but we find that there exist a peaceful bond between people. There exist love, peace and most importantly respect. In today's generation respect is very less as compared to the old generation where each and every people give respect to one another and to their family .
Hence, I feel that we should adapt the good qualities from our ancestral generations and learn how to give respect and love to each other without any evil qualities like greed and selfish.
