ctually this region is very fertile in the country. As the ganga and it's tributaries has lots of minerals which deposits on this region. Also ganga and it's tributaries are the main source of water to the population. The temperature are also playing important role in the gangetic plain as the temperature is very variables as hot is not so hot, cold is not so cold as well as rain. All of them make the region more suitable for human population.
