1. Air Pollution ;

• Release harmful gases into the atmosphere
• Cause global warming due to CFC gases .
• Harmful for residents if any gas leakages .
• If located near residential areas the air which we breathe becomes polluted and may even cause death .
• If held up into the atmosphere ozone layer gets depleted .

2. Land pollution ;

• Much land used for industrial development which may again be given to residents for residential use but the land is already polluted so of no use .
• Chemicals seeped in land
• Leaching leads to problem in agriculture
• Loss of nutrients
• Prone to erosion and degradation

Prevent Water Pollution :

• Ensure wastewater treatment
• Don't allow any industries to release hot or dirty water in water bodies .
• Strict rules to be maintained and if any industry violates ; they must be seized .
• No wastage of water.
• Reduce excess fertilizers reducing risk of flowing into rivers .
• Practice rain water harvesting
• Desalination must be a choice.
