Industrial units generally release wastes and effluent.when does these wastes become a cause of water pollution? Is this the only cause of water pollution? If not what other sources may lead to water pollution? 40_60 word

When it mix with with several water bodies like rivers...and there is Many more causes of water pollution like throwing of plastic wastes into the river... And many more..
