INDUSTRIALIST knew that as workers are in abundance ,so labour costs will also be cheap. So they didn't want buy machines which were very costly and also they were often repaired and cost for repairing was high, Machines were not effective as the producers said and high class aristocratic ppl were fond of unique and specific design and shapes in they could be only made by human hand made labour and machine were used producing uniform design and mainly used only for export of colonies
